A kind ear or two

When I got extremely distressed by something, I sought out a kind ear instead of bottling it all up.

Digest post - April 22-25

Offered ideas & methods for cooking dinner when I wasn't up to doing the cooking, myself.

I re-learned how to use my embroidery scroll frame.

I think I finally GET logic & conditionals in programming.

When someone else was doing something that threatened my health, I took steps to tell them to STOP.

Digest post - April 18-21

Did not lose my shit when told that my boy cat is mysteriously sick-on-paper (could be several things, including cancer).

Came up with a tune (even if it sucks) for my final song in my songwriting class.

Hung out with Twin in FFXIV, trying out new stuff & planning.

Unburdened the shelves on my desk of a couple of months worth of non-urgent mail.

Digest post - April 14-17

Carefully wading into the final book in The Wheel of Time series, A Memory of Light.

Keeping my angry and frustrated ranting largely to myself on a VERY frustrating day.

Starting - and getting excited about - my new Python programming class.

Did NOT give in, despite hours of complaint from my cats, when I had to take their food away prior to a vet visit.

Falling in love all over again

Spending a ridiculous amount of time playing in the FFXIV beta, and falling in love with 95% of everything.

It's been in my 'to write' file for 6 years

Took an idea I've had for years and turned it into a song instead of a story.

"You suck" Nope, not listening. "..."
